Why have a cat

Oh, the cat. The four-legged furry man who has long been considered an independent, lonely being, who does not like to be with anyone but himself. How wrong have we been. All of us who live with one (or several) know how affectionate they can be, and we enjoy those tender looks and their purrs.

But Why have a cat? Well, there are so many reasons that it would be impossible to name them all in a single article, so we are going to stick with those that we think are the main ones.

Can be very loving

Seriously, anyone who says otherwise is lying. The cat in a sense is not so different from people: he, like us, will give love and affection if that is what he receives. And it will double.

It is very clean

Sometimes too much. Appears to have an obsession with personal hygiene, and he shows it by washing after eating, after sleeping, after playing, after… doing anything. For this reason, he does not need to be bathed, unless he is sick and does not feel like doing it himself.

Accept new family members

The worst mistake we can make when a new member of the family is about to join is to keep the cat away from him. The best thing for being natural for the animal is to meet its new companion on the first day, so they will become friends long before we might think.

Relaxes us

Seeing his face sleep so calmly is one of the most beautiful experiences that we can enjoy when we live with a feline. So innocent, so sweet, so tender, so ... (sigh). You want to caress him and give him a few kisses, but taking care that he does not wake up.

So why have a cat? Because it is unique 🙂.
