So that they are happy it is very important that we dedicate time to them every day. We have to make them feel that we really love them, that we care about them, and that they can trust us. If we don't have time for this, let's not have cats.
Water
They don't usually like water at all. But nothing at all. They accidentally wet a paw and immediately clean themselves. Getting them bathed can be a very difficult task, so the best thing to do is not to bathe them. They dedicate a good part of their day to day to personal hygiene, so it is not necessary for us to take care of keeping them clean.
