Some say that four-legged animals can be tremendously grateful. Few could think that one of those furry ones is a cat, that is, a feline which for centuries had been believed to be an independent being who did not like to spend much time in the company of anyone.

How wrong we have been. Proof of how grateful he is felis catus is Rademedes, a beautiful black cat that helps sick animals feel better, just like the vets did with him.

Rademedes is a black cat who now lives happily in an animal shelter in Bydgoszcz, in Poland, where she spends her time helping other furry animals, snuggling close to them, keeping them company, massages ... and even grooming so they are clean, which helps them recover better and faster.

However, he would not be alive today if it were not for the shelter vets decided to ignore his previous owner, and try to fight for his life. Lucyna Kuziel-Zawalich, one of the people who takes care of him, said in an interview for TVNMetro:

Rademedes arrived at the shelter in late September and October (2014). His previous owner brought him to the shelter to end his suffering, as his idea was that we put him to sleep forever. He was less than two months old and the infection had already reached the upper respiratory tract.

Thanks to the care they provided, This adorable furry man managed, not only to get ahead, but also to surprise all the professionals who see him every day and all his patients, who are sure to appreciate having a little company while they are convalescing.
